Maca, is a root vegetable native to the high-altitude regions of the Andes Mountains in Peru. It is often referred to as a “superfood” due to its potential health benefits and nutritional value. If you want to know even more about this wonderful superfood, head over to this blog post I previously wrote. Low-Acid Feature: Maca.
This latte combines the earthy richness of maca root with a hint of the seasonal pumpkin spice with a touch of vanilla. Omit the spices if needed or substitute with ground turmeric.
